Thank you for shopping with Bloody Brilliant Beers! We hope you love your purchase. As some of our merchandise is print on demand, we can only offer exchanges or refunds under specific conditions. Please read our returns policy carefully.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we're here to help. Please follow the steps below to initiate an exchange or refund:

  1. Contact Us Within 14 Days: Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at support@collab.bar with your order number, a description of the defect or damage, and clear photos showing the issue.

  2. Review and Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with further instructions for returning the defective or damaged item.

  3. Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please return the item in its original packaging.

  4. Processing Your Exchange/Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the defect or damage. If approved, we will process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only available for items that are defective or damaged.
  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: We do not offer refunds for non-defective items or for reasons such as incorrect size or change of mind for our Print On Demand products.

Important Notes

  • Non-Defective Items: Due to the custom nature of print on demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not defective or damaged from POD origin .
  • Condition of Return: Items must be returned in their original condition. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
